All orders over $100AUD are shipped for FREE! We currently use Australia Post for all our deliveries. 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ANY ORDER OVER $100 AUSTRALIA WIDE

For any orders under $100, we offer a flat rate for shipping depending on where you live.
At the Thirsty Nomad we use Australia Post to deliver our water filters and fittings and package them in a padded post bag for extra protection. Your delivery is tracked so you know when it’s likely to arrive.
Please allow 4-5 business days for delivery.

Delivery Level 1

Price – $9.95 (including GST)
(includes all of NSW, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide Metro Areas)

Delivery Level 2

Price – $12.95 (including GST)
(includes Perth Metro and Tasmania, Country areas of Queensland, Victoria and South Australia)

Delivery Level 3

Price – $19.95 (including GST)
(includes country Western Australia and country Northern Territory)

Please note that if you would like to send a water filter to an address outside of a major town please allow a few more days for delivery.

On the Road?

On the road, away on your travels in a RV or caravan? No worries! We can send it to a Post Office on your route to collect when you get there! Please contact one of our friendly customer service team on 1800 979 752 for assistance. 

Refund and Returns Policy

The Thirsty Nomad ‘CHANGE OF MIND POLICY’

Not excluding your rights under consumer law, The Thirsty Nomad “change of mind policy” is as follows:

The Thirsty Nomad is not legally obliged to give refunds on the purchase price or to exchange items if you have changed your mind about the purchase.

Under the Thirsty Nomad ‘Change of Mind Policy’, if you change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card to the value of the purchase price for most items, provided that:

  1. you return the item within 60 days from the date of purchase (28 days for sale items)
  2. the item is unworn and in its original condition
  3. all original labels and tickets are attached to the item
  4. you provide an original Thirsty Nomad tax invoice as proof of purchase

If you have received the wrong product or the product does not fit

Please send the wrong product back to The Thirsty Nomad, (TTN must receive the product for assessment before a refund can be issued).

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The Thirsty Nomad reserves the right to provide a replacement product.

If no replacement can be found, then full refund including postage paid will be offered.

Terms and Conditions

  • All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure but not related to misuse.
  • If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only and reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
  • All products returned for a refund must be in “as new” condition.
  • The product must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • The customer must cover the cost of freight.
  • The refund offered is the invoice price less freight costs.
